NextaOne began when our founders, having gone through the maze of licences, attestations and bank approvals themselves, realised most business setup agencies in Dubai optimise for the sale, not the outcome. We built NextaOne around the opposite premise: recommend the structure that fits the business, quote it honestly, and stay involved until the company is actually operating — not just licensed on paper.
Today our consultants work across mainland, free zone and offshore jurisdictions, supporting founders from first-time solo entrepreneurs to international groups expanding into the UAE.
